Rapid iterations leads to a final design.
Branding elements for the canopy and fuel pumps.
New dimensions.
Inspired by Draplin's rapid iteration approach to logo design, I embarked on a journey to create a logotype that embodied the sense of motion required by the brief. Thick outlines were the perfect choice to make the text stand out and grab attention, especially when illuminated.
As the brand's colour scheme and theme began to take shape, I felt compelled to push the boundaries further. I decided to bring the brand to life by visualizing it with a 3D model.
But why stop there? I transformed the model into an augmented reality experience that the team could explore in the palm of their hands, providing a truly immersive way to experience the design in its intended setting.
How it worked out.
Yet another approved brand. The 3D visuals were a hit and the client really benefitted from being able to see the full impact of the design in the augmented reality setting.
These stations will be popping up around the UK in the near future.
Super shaky test of the real life augmented reality in a field.
